Killearn FC secured another vital 3 points in their quest to retain their League Championship title. Balfron had most of the play 1st half with Killearn struggling to raise their tempo. The 2nd half started much brighter for Killearn as they dominated play in large and created a couple of half chances which came to nothing.

They had to wait until the final minute of the game for the pressure to pay off as David Cameron rose to nod the ball into the back of the net. No sooner had the celebrations settled, then Alan More was sent clear after good work from Alan Challis, and he settled the game with a neat left foot finish into the bottom corner.

A well fought 2-0 victory, again missing several players, which emphasises Killearn FC's determination to hold onto their league title!
